To say the class was awesome would be an understatement. I had a very enjoyable afternoon. Chef John was so personable and welcoming. It was fun working with the young chefs. After reading a few pages of the cookbook, this book is already one of my favorites - love the stories and creative recipes. The food we made at the Women's Weekend can be recreated in our own kitchens. I'm sorry i waited so long to experience this fun cooking class. I will spread the word! Thank you Chef John! My 87 year old mother, 16 year old great niece who is an aspiring pastry chef, and my two middle-aged sisters and I enjoyed the fellowship with the other participants. Chef Ethan and chef John were great instructors. |
