Foundry needs to add semi-tall stools to rest on during a class. I had a difficult time standing for 3 hours because I have a sit-down job everyday and am not use to standing. I felt my knee twisting from the length of time standing and was hurting a bit when I left. Other than that, it was a GREAT class.

Laurie took the mystery out of the pie crust. I would love to take a class to learn more about different types of pie fillings and recipe ideas.

The 'Contact Us' link on the NuCulinary webpage still has the West Seattle address. I went to West Seattle to class, only to find that it was not there anymore. The new address is only on the 'Classes' tab and not even on my order confirmation email!
