Laurie offered such an organized class, with the recipe at all stages making the process very clear. She was down to earth but is also very professional/well educated. Her instructions were great, and she offered many tips. I learned a lot & was inspired. She handled a full class really well, too!

Laurie was very personable and made things look effortless. Took some of the fear out of cooking a hearth bread.
