Additional comments and observations The instructor was: The chef was really nice. I learned a lot from her. The atmosphere was: I liked how the class was small and everyone was nice, so I felt comfortable around them. Complexity of the recipes: The recipe I did was complex, but I was still able to figure it out and do it. The food was: I really liked what I made, the beef bamboo skewers. I tried some of the other foods, but I didn't like them. The skills you learned were: I learned a lot! I enjoyed myself and had fun: I had fun making the food and learning about it. I liked interacting with the other people.
