Additional comments and observations The instructor was: I enjoyed every minute! Sam was very entertaining and talented. I am so impressed by his life story and would love to hear more. I can't wait to make every dish for my family and visit Sam's restaurant. The food was: Amazing! The skills you learned were: Like I said, I can't wait to cook all of the recipes. I learned some new tricks. I enjoyed myself and had fun: I look forward to more classes.
