The instructor was: Enjoyed some of the stories and the sincerity of conveying techniques
The atmosphere was: Good location and use of space
The food was: Tillapia could've been more flavorful - somewhat "bland" - perhaps needed more sauce.
The skills you learned were: I've been cooking for a long time - pretty proficient in the kitchen - maybe not as "efficient" but that's why we have assistants (i.e., my husband is good for chopping vegies, etc.)
I enjoyed myself and had fun: Nice group size
