Additional comments and observations The instructor was: Toby was great! Very personable and VERY knowledgeable. I really liked that he shared tips and tricks for preparation, as well as reassuring everyone that there was no right or wrong, just a matter of personal preference. Complexity of the recipes: To read the recipe on my own I wouldn't have selected "easy", but Toby really simplified it for us just in explanation and good demonstration. The food was: I can't wait to make the rice again tonight!!
