Additional comments and observations The instructor was: Toby was great. He was able to stay on task while entertaining our class and answering all of our questions. I liked the way he showed us how to modify the recipe if we were missing an ingredient or had food allergies to consider. The atmosphere was: Naomi is delightful and Rochelle was great at keeping our tea cups and cookie bowls full. Complexity of the recipes: I know at least 3 of the people in our class are making this recipe tonight for dinner. That is a clear statement about how well the class went. The food was: Succelent and to die for. The skills you learned were: I will think of Toby everytime I have to chop garlic!! I enjoyed myself and had fun: Great instructors, great group; all around a fun time.

Additional comments and observations The instructor was: Toby was not only entertaining, he also encouraged questions and was informative with his answers. The skills you learned were: I don't cook very much, so learning about a dish that was so wonderfully flavorful, yet easy to make was a bonus.
