Thank you so much for the wonderful class. Chef Toby was very friendly and enthusiastic. His explanation was very clear and helpful. I really appreciate it. I just wish we could have prepared turkey by ourselves with the instructor before it went into the oven. Preparing turkey was actually the part I wanted to learn most. Unfortunately,the turkey was already cooked completely before the class started. However, I learned a lot and everything was very very tasty. I think the recipe itself worth a lot more than $79! I am very sure that I will use the recipes again and again in the future! Thank you very much again and Happy Thankgiving!! |
