Additional comments and observations
I liked when Toby gave demonstrations on cutting, and other tips and tricks. Would have enjoyed more of that. He is a great instructor! Wonderful recipes - can't wait to try them all at home now.
Would love to take more classes - especially the knife skills class. Please keep me on your email notifications list. Thanks!

Chef Toby Kim rocks! He is very down-to-earth and loves to teach. He makes it fun and real. I can do this! The food was good and a nice relaxed class. Great mix of recipes that I would have never attempted and will now impress others. We had a variety of noodle dishes from different cultures, which really gave us an education of the variety of noodles.
