Additional comments and observations The instructor was: Knowledgeable but very verbose. It would have been great to keep the class to 2 hours. The atmosphere was: Very relaxed atmosphere created a great learning environment. Complexity of the recipes: I'm a beginner so it was complex to me but still very enjoyable.

Additional comments and observations The atmosphere was: It would make the environment more fun if you told people to BYOB. i definitely would have been more relaxed and less impatient for food if i had a drink. The skills you learned were: I learned a lot about the ingredients and some great techniques, like adding corn syrup to cold water first
