Complexity of the recipes: Our recipe was a two part sauce and having a partner to cook with made the process go fast and mistakes were caught before they were made The food was: A good mix of fish and shellfish to try. The skills you learned were: Using the Cuisinart was fun. I enjoyed myself and had fun: It's fun to cook and eat with people who enjoy food
