How did you learn about this particular class at Sizzleworks?: I knew it would be good due to my past experience @ Rain City Cooking & Sizzleworks, so I got this as a birthday gift for my husband and we came together.

Did you have fun in the class?: Detailed yet understandable instruction plus relaxed, fun atmosphere. No perfection expected of students, but at the same time, felt the staff was very professional .

The food was: Everything last night was wonderful & we ate the apple galette for breakfast - heavenly!

The skills you learned were: I probably won't use the skills daily, but love to bake and have been making pies more and more, so will definitely use these skills often.
