Saw a poster when I was at Sizzleworks on a previous occasion. Also my daughter is a friend of Kat's so we knew about her senior project. |

I love how interactive Sizzleworks is. My only suggestion is adding a tilted overhead mirror above the prep counters to make it easier for attendees to see what is happening on the other side of the counter. |
