Great job making a class inclusive of all ages. The feast was delicious and I'm inspired to repeat it for a birthday celebration in a week!

Perfect day! Chef Carol was professional and very competent. She also exhibited great “classroom management” working with all ages in a group of cooking students ranging in age from 4 to...um, a bit older. There was a demanding 8 yr old and Carol was able to gently rein her in and let other kids (and big kids!) have a turn.
