Chef Pam was outstanding! She brought a joy, desire to help us grow not only in techniques and understanding but in confidence, and she has a definite love for the "subject"! I also really enjoyed the small class--Warren and Chase (and Alec, when he was there) were great fellow students to be in a class with--it allowed us each to be very hands-on, not feel intimidated, and to have a little "freedom" to adapt the class (ie; try our hands at making homemade pasta). Yay for Chef Pam (and Chef Liz, too)!!! Thank you.

Chef Pam, Liz and Tara are al special people. They did a wonderful job - we learned a lot and they made cooking fun. I wrote other comments on the form on the last evening and signed my name to it.
