Jam was an excellent instructor who gave thorough explanations of ingredients, flavors and proper cooking for each recipe. I have and would continue to recommend this cooking class to other people.

It would be nice if we got to participate more and less was pre-prepared. I don't really feel like I made any of the recipes. I just watched Jam make them all. She did give lots of fun tips though.

We really enjoyed the class very much and the instructor was extremely knowledgeable and taught us a ton! I like to think I'm a pretty decent cook in my home kitchen, but I learned a few great tips that are not only helpful with these recipes, but cooking in general. I am so excited to try these recipes in my own home. I'm sure we will be signing up for more classes (and telling all of our friends to do the same)!

It would have been nice to make fewer dishes but be able to prepare all of them ourselves, rather than having the sauce, etc. already made. But overall it was very fun and definitely worth the Groupon!

As Jam mentioned, the most challenging part is gathering the ingredients. Having the ingredients there at Thai Fresh was so helpful! Jam is a great teacher!

The instructor was super friendly and added to the other all joy of taking this class. There some very good tips too! The soup, and curry tasted great. The pad thai was not on the same level of flavor I'm used to, and neither was the sticky rice. But honestly I think that had more to do with the class execution rather than the recipe. Overall it was well worth it.
