The heat was my only complaint. Even outside the kitchen/cooking station, it was uncomfortably warm in the space.
But food was amazing, and I felt like I learned a lot in the class. I also really appreciated that Jam was so accommodating when I messed up the signup process and thought I had registered for 2, but failed to sign up my boyfriend somehow. Thanks for being flexible!

The instructor was well organized and full of information. I did have trouble hearing everything she said and I would suggest that she repeats the question before she answers it so that we know what she is responding to and what recipe it relates to. Other than that, the class size was OK and the food was fabulous!!! We're she not so far from my home, I'd frequent her place.

I was unfamiliar with some of the ingredients, especially some of the fresh ones. So it's really, really good that they are available to buy at Thai Fresh so that I don't have to go fishing around town for them. I can't wait to try making my own!

I am disappointed not to do the yellow curry (my favorite) from scracth like we did for the two other curries. We opened a can and did not expect this from a cooking class.

I enjoyed Jam! I like how she incorporated her stories in with her instruction. I also liked how the atmosphere was nice and relaxed. Yellow Curry was my favorite - yum!

Jam was very nice and managed the class very well. I left feeling confident that I could make these recipes at home which is the goal of any cooking class. I thought is was an excellent value for being able to do the hands on work and getting to eat a full meal after. I've taken a cooking class at Central Market and I preferred this experience because it was more hands on, we got to eat more of the food and it was a more relaxed environment. I highly recommend the classes here!
