I came in through the front and no one greeted me. After standing around feeling awkward for a while, I finally asked a cook and he directed me to the table. Other than the first few minutes everything else was great. Easy to fix the lack of greeting.

Jam was wonderful. We particularly enjoyed learning about which ingredients/brands she favored. We would recommend this class to anyone that enjoys making or eating delicious Thai food. It reminded me of the Thai cooking class I took in Thailand!

I learned so much more than I expected. Jam explained things about the ingredients and prep techniques that went far beyond only preparing the selected recipes. I will definitely be back! Thank you!

The recipes were super easy so I didn't really learn any new skills (I consider myself a pretty experienced cook) but I did learn about the origins of the recipes and the ways ingredients work together in thai cuisine. I had a blast, and am enjoying my leftovers. The wine happy hour was great, too. I highly recommend!

The only comment I have is that it's tight to fit so many people around one table with 3 burners. If possible, I would recommend setting up a second table.

Jaam the woman who owns the restaurant and cooking school is absolutely wonderful. Happy to discvoer this true gem :) Will definitely consider taking another class and recommending other friends / family to do the same.

I thought the wine pairing was a great idea, but the Sommelier left before dinner started. I asked two Thai Fresh staff about the wine and if I could purchase a glass and the staff was really put off and rude about it. Reponses I got were "I have no idea what you are talking about" and "I don't know what you want me to do about it". Typical Austin attitude you get in restaurants but off-putting none-the-less. My recommendation is that if you do the wine pairing, make it very clear where it ends up in case people want to buy some after the Sommelier leaves.

The recipes almost seemed to be too easy! It would be good to have a general knowledge of when other staple ingredients are used. For example, lemongrass and thai basil; or when ginger gets used in cooking. These items I perceived to be staples, but, we used none for our cooking.
